Tom Marsico is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Marsico Capital Management, LLC ("MCM"), which has served as the investment adviser to the Marsico Funds since 1997. Tom sets MCM's overall research and investment strategy and is the portfolio manager of the Marsico Focus Fund, the Marsico Growth Fund, and a co-manager of the Marsico Global Fund. He has over 20 years' experience in money management. Tom's extensive background in rigorous securities analysis led him to recruit and train MCM's multitalented investment team. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds an MBA from the University of Denver.

Cory Gilchrist, Chartered Financial Analyst, is the portfolio manager of the Marsico 21st Century Fund and a co-manager of the Marsico Global Fund. Prior to joining Marsico Capital in May 2000, Cory spent four years as an international portfolio manager and analyst at The Principal Financial Group (Invista Capital Management), where he served on a committee that managed several international equity funds. He holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Iowa, and is a CFA charter holder.

Jim Gendelman is the portfolio manager for the Marsico International Opportunities Fund and a co-manager of the Marsico Global Fund. Prior to joining MCM in May 2000, Jim was a Vice President of International Sales at Goldman Sachs. A former CPA with Ernst & Young, Jim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Doug Rao is the portfolio manager for the Marsico Flexible Capital Fund. Prior to joining MCM in 2005, Doug spent more than four years at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he was a Senior Vice President and Financial Services Analyst for U.S. equities. He has nine years of experience in the financial services industry, and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Brandon Geisler joined MCM in January 2006. Brandon has seven years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent four years with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was a Vice President in Equity Research, covering the restaurant industry. Brandon received his MBA degree and Honours BS degree from McMaster University.

Jordon Laycob is one of the founding members of MCM and has been with MCM since its inception in October 1997. He has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining MCM, Jordon spent four years at Janus Capital as a fixed-income analyst and trader. Born and raised in Denver, he graduated from Emory University with a bachelor's degree in political science.

Munish Malhotra, Chartered Financial Analyst, joined MCM in May 2003. Munish has more than seven years of industry experience. He was previously employed as an international analyst at Driehaus Capital Management. Munish has a BA degree in economics from Loyola University of Chicago.

David Readerman, Chartered Financial Analyst, graduated from Colgate University with a degree in economics and later received his MBA in finance from New York University. He has twenty years of industry experience as an equity research analyst in the fastest growth sectors of the U.S. economy, notably software, Internet and related business services. Prior to joining MCM in July 2003, he was the equity growth strategist at Thomas Weisel Partners.

Josh Rubin joined MCM in January 2005. Josh was formerly an assistant vice president at George K. Baum & Company, an investment bank. He holds a BSFS from Georgetown University, Walsh School of Foreign Service.

Alex Sirois graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in engineering. He has more than seven years of experience in the financial services industry, and has been with MCM since 2000.

Charles Wilson joined MCM in February 2006. Charlie was formerly a post-doctoral scholar with Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University. He holds a BS degree from the University of Arizona and a Ph.D. in geophysics from the University of Colorado.

Coralie Witter, Chartered Financial Analyst, joined MCM in June 2004. Coralie has ten years of experience in the financial services industry. She spent six years with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she was a Vice President in Equity Research and the lead analyst covering the restaurant industry. Coralie also covered various Internet companies for several years. A native of Colorado, she graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in international affairs.

Greg Bensen received his BS degree from the Colorado School of Mines and his Ph.D. in geophysics from the University of Colorado.

Dingli Chen received her MBA and BS degrees from MIT. Prior to earning her MBA, Dingli was a finance manager with Gateway, Inc.

Jeffrey Gregor was previously employed as an equity research associate at Thomas Weisel Partners. He has a BA degree from Wesleyan University.

Nicholas Iselin has a BS degree in business administration from St. Louis University.

Reid Koester was formerly a research associate with Franklin Templeton Investments. He holds a BA degree from Carleton College.

John Machock, Chartered Financial Analyst, was formerly a healthcare analyst with Itros Capital Management and INVESCO Funds Group. He holds a BS degree from University of Colorado and an MBA from Regis University.

Karl Richtenburg was formerly a Japan specialist with Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. He holds BA degrees from Monmouth University and an MBA in international finance and strategic management from Fordham University. Karl is fluent in Japanese.

Eileen Schjelderup was previously employed with The Nature Conservancy and as an energy industry consultant. She has a BS degree from University of Denver and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Nicholas Schommer received his MBA from UCLA and his BS degree from the United States Military Academy. Prior to earning his MBA, Nick spent five years with the US Army.

Mark Paton, Head Trader, formerly served as a sales trader at Spear, Leeds and Kellogg. He has a BA degree from Hobart College.

Wade Donels, International Trader, was employed as a global trader at Investment Advisers, Inc., and The Principal Financial Group (Invista Capital Management). He holds a BA degree from Loras College.

Joseph Forgie, International Trader, was formerly a global trader with Macquarie Securities and Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. He holds a BA from San Diego State University.

Tommy Mantone, Trader, was formerly a trader at AMVESCAP (AIM/INVESCO) and ForstmannLeff Associates. He holds a BS from Dowling College.
